Stress is the condition which a person undergoes when he has to deal with situations which are beyond his grasp. He is unable to cope with the impossible circumstances and develops stress. The definition of stress differs from person to person. What constitutes stress for one person might be a normal everyday occurrence for another. But it has been observed that most of us go through stress at various times of the day. It might be due to work or any other state of life. While most of us get used to dealing with stress in our everyday life, it turns out to be very difficult to deal with it in the long run. It might lead to awful conditions which are very harmful for us. For this reason, it is imperative to get self-help for stress management.

Membaca laporan dari eramuslim, yang menyatakan bahwa pendidikan seks untuk anak yang disajikan di Inggris perlu ditolak. Setidaknya sikap ini ditegaskan oleh kaum muslim Inggris.

Hampir 2.000 orang Muslim di Inggris telah menandatangani petisi untuk menentang usulan kurikulum pendidikan seks. Mereka memprotes pemerintah yang berencana mengadakan pendidikan seks wajib untuk anak-anak sejak berumur 5 tahun. Ha , 5 Tahun ? Ya , benar !

Akhir bulan ramadhan 1430 H, saya dapat hadiah CD Ubuntu 9.04 asli dari seorang teman. Thanks Pak. Saya dapat gratis. Kabarnya dia dapat 5 CD itu asli dari Belanda, gratis juga. Alhamdulillah.

Gratis, itulah pamor Ubuntu -distronya- linux. Tentu saja ini sangat membantu komunitas pengguna komputer dalam aktivitasnya sehari-hari, sehingga bisa dengan nyaman, murah dan mudah. Selanjutnya nanti saya akan cerita soal ubuntu. Mau ?

Ironis, Jika mahasiswa / mahasiswi memiliki akhlak yang rendah. Masyarakat kampus dianggap dewasa dan intelek, namun itu belum cukup jaminan mereka punya akhlaq baik. Buktinya, Bulan ramadhan bukannya dipakai untuk menebar dan menyuburkan ibadah, tapi justru dipakai maksiyat. Beberapa waktu lalu, polisi di makasar telah menggrebek aksi mesum para mahasiswa/i saat menjelang sahur. Tragisnya, itu dilakukan di asrama mahasiswi. Lho kok ?
